Standard fees
Notarial act
$10 per signature
Arizona sets the maximum fee a notary may charge for each notarial act at $10. That covers the acknowledgment or jurat, identity verification, and the journal entry for each signature notarized.
Travel fee
$1 – $100
Because we come to you, a travel fee is added based on distance, time of day, and how quickly you need us. Close-in Phoenix appointments sit at the low end; outlying or statewide travel at the high end. Call for an exact price before you book — there are never surprise charges.
Loan signing / title & escrow
Quoted per assignment
Purchases, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, sellers packages, and commercial loans are quoted per package, based on document count, printing, and location. Title companies, escrow officers, and lenders can request a standing rate sheet.
Remote Online Notarization
$10 per act + platform fee
Arizona-authorized online notarization is $10 per notarial act, plus the secure platform's technology fee for identity verification, the recorded session, and the electronic journal. No travel fee applies.
Good to know
- Multiple signatures. The $10 fee applies to each notarial act, so a document with two signers who each need a notarized signature is two acts.
- After hours, weekends, and rush. Evening, weekend, holiday, and same-day appointments are available and quoted on request.
- Hospitals and care facilities. Hospital, assisted living, hospice, and in-home signings are welcome and priced the same way — notarial act plus travel.
- No-show or unable to notarize. If a signer lacks valid ID, is not able to understand the document, or the appointment is missed, the travel fee still applies. We will always tell you up front what could stop a signing.
